Our deliveries are subject to the Terms of Delivery for the Printing Industry (Leveringsvoorwaarden voor de Grafische Industrie), deposited on 13 January 2011 under no. 8/2011 with the registry of the District Court of Amsterdam.
Which version applies
These are the standard terms of the Dutch printing industry, not our own text. The deposited Dutch version is the authoritative one: it is the text that was filed with the court and the text that governs the agreement. You will find it in full on Algemene voorwaarden.
An official English translation of these terms is published by the KVGO, the Dutch printing and media industry association. We are glad to send you that version on request, so that you have an English text that matches the deposited Dutch one word for word.
